Disclosures

Important information about lending, borrowing, and risk on Lenme.

1. Not a Lender

Lenme is a peer-to-peer lending marketplace, not a bank or direct lender. Loans are funded by individual investors and lending businesses. Lenme does not make credit decisions on its own behalf.

2. Rates and Fees

Interest rates are set by investors competing for borrower requests and vary by borrower profile. A one-time origination fee may apply. The specific APR, fee, and total repayment amount are disclosed to you before you accept any offer.

3. Loan Amounts and Terms

Loan requests generally range from $50 to $5,000. Crypto-backed loans may allow larger amounts up to $10,000. Repayment terms vary by the accepted offer.

4. Credit Inquiries

Checking your rate uses a soft inquiry that does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry or additional verification may occur depending on lender requirements if you proceed.

5. Funding Is Not Guaranteed

Posting a request does not guarantee funding. Investors choose which requests to fund, and some requests may not receive offers.

6. Risk to Investors

Peer-to-peer lending involves significant risk, including the potential loss of principal if a borrower defaults. Investors should diversify and never lend more than they can afford to lose.

7. Representative Example

For illustration only: a $1,500 loan over 6 months at 12% APR would have an estimated monthly payment of about $259, roughly $53 in total interest, and about $1,553 total repaid. Your actual terms will vary based on the offer you accept.
